Yardscape ("we", "us") is an Emirati-owned landscaping, pool and outdoor design company based at Office 111, A1 Building, Business Park, Dubai South DWC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to deliver our services:
- Contact and quote forms: first and last name, mobile number, email address, the services you are interested in, project location, plot size and unit, project status, features required, expected handover date, project type, expected budget and your message.
- Technical details sent with a form: your IP address, browser type (user agent) and the page you submitted from. These help us prevent spam and abuse.
- Server logs: our web host records standard request information such as IP address, date and time, and pages requested.
- Direct communication: emails, calls and messages you send us, and CVs sent to hr@yardscape.ae.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or proposal.
- To plan, deliver, invoice and support landscaping, pool, irrigation, lighting and maintenance work.
- To keep this website secure, prevent spam and fix technical problems.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
- To contact you about your project. We only send marketing messages if you have asked to receive them.
Consent and legal basis
By submitting a form you consent to us using your details for the purposes above. Where the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data applies, we process personal data on the basis of your consent, to take steps at your request before a contract, to perform a contract, and to comply with legal obligations.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Our own team members who need it to respond to you or deliver a project.
- Service providers that act on our behalf, such as our website host, email provider and the enquiry management system that receives form submissions.
- Contractors and suppliers, where needed to carry out your project and only to the extent necessary.
- Authorities and professional advisers, where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. Your browser may store technical items needed to display the site. Embedded or linked services, such as video or social media, are run by third parties and have their own policies.
International transfers
Our hosting and enquiry systems may process data outside the UAE. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to make sure your data is protected to a standard consistent with applicable law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the life of the project and the period required for warranty, accounting and legal purposes. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including restricted access and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold your personal data and give you a copy;
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your data or restrict how we use it;
- stop using your data for a particular purpose, including direct marketing;
- withdraw a consent you have given.

Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Our site links to third-party websites such as social media and YouTube. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
