About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of yardscape.ae (the "Website"), owned and operated by Yardscape ("we", "us"), Office 111, A1 Building, Business Park, Dubai South DWC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Website.
Our services and quotes
- Information on the Website describes our services in general terms and is not an offer capable of acceptance.
- A quote or proposal is an estimate based on the information you give us. It is valid only for the period stated in it and may change after a site visit or if the scope, materials, access or site conditions change.
- Work is carried out under a written proposal or contract agreed by both parties. If it conflicts with these terms, the written contract prevails.
Using the Website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:
- submit false, misleading or abusive information;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or other users' data;
- send spam, malware or automated requests that disrupt the Website;
- copy, scrape or republish our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Enquiries and submissions
When you send an enquiry or quote request you confirm that the details are accurate and that you are authorised to give them. How we use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Yardscape name, logo, text, photographs, drawings, videos and the design of the Website belong to Yardscape or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, modify or distribute our content without our written permission.
Project conditions
Unless your contract says otherwise:
- you are responsible for confirming that you own or may alter the property, and for any landlord, community or authority approvals and permits needed for the work;
- living plants and natural materials vary in colour, size and growth, and their performance depends on care, climate and watering;
- dates are estimates and may be affected by approvals, weather, access, supply and variations you request;
- ongoing maintenance and watering after handover are needed to keep plants and features in good condition.
Third-party websites
The Website may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Please also read our Disclaimer.
Changes
We may change the Website and these terms at any time. The updated terms apply from the date shown at the top of this page.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any dispute resolution process set out in a written contract with you.
